Dr. Jack Hattaway

Founder & Chiropractic Physician

Dr. Jack Hattaway grew up in South Georgia on his family’s farm. He spent his childhood playing sports and working outdoors. After high school, Dr. Hattaway attended the University of West Georgia to play football. He graduated from the University of Georgia in June of 2009 with a Bachelor of Science degree and enrolled at Life University in the fall of 2009. His passion to help people and his fascination with the human body is what led him to becoming a chiropractor. In 2013, Dr. Hattaway graduated Magna Cum Laude from Life University. While at Life University, Dr. Hattaway became great friends with Dr. Forrest Miles, and after graduation, Dr. Hattaway and Dr. Miles opened Premier Chiropractic in May of 2014.

When not working at Premier Chiropractic, Dr. Hattaway enjoys working around his house, spending time with his wife and daughter, MacKenzie and Jade, hunting, and lounging around any water he can find. During the fall, Dr. Hattaway loves spending his time cheering on his Georgia Bulldogs.

Dr. Forrest Miles

Founder & Chiropractic Physician

Dr. Forrest Miles was born and raised in Tennessee. He first developed an interest in becoming a chiropractor at the age of 12 after seeing chiropractic care help his mother recover from a debilitating back injury. Upon graduation from high school, Dr. Miles attended Middle Tennessee State University and received a Bachelor of Science degree. Immediately following his undergraduate degree, he attended Life University and graduated Magna Cum Laude. While at Life University, Dr. Miles met Dr. Jack Hattaway, and upon graduation, they opened Premier Chiropractic in May of 2014.

On the weekends, you will most likely find Dr. Miles kayaking, grilling, or playing video games. He enjoys attending his church and being involved in the ministries there.

Dr. Dominic DeBlasie

Chiropractic Associate

Dr. Dom DeBlasie was born and raised in a small town in New Hampshire. Dr. Dom was first exposed to chiropractic care in the 7th grade when his parents took him to have his spine checked. Ever since that day, he knew he wanted to be a chiropractor and help people get back to doing the things they love to do.

Dr. Dom attended the University of Maryland Eastern Shore for his undergraduate studies and received his Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology. While doing his studies he played Division I Baseball for the University. He then went on to chiropractic school at Sherman College of Chiropractic in Boiling Springs, SC. Prior to practicing in Georgia, he practiced in Louisville, Kentucky.

Outside of the office you can find Dr. Dom playing golf, trying new restaurants, sitting on the beach with friends or going on hikes with his dog, Frankie.

Dr. Chris Odom

Chiropractic Associate

Dr. Odom graduated from Georgia Southern University with a bachelor degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis in exercise science. He graduated with honors.

After graduation, Dr. Odom attended Life University , and received his doctorate in chiropractic , also graduating with honors.

Dr. Odom has specialized training in pediatric chiropractic received from hundreds of hours of post graduate education, with the majority of the education coming from the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association.

Since receiving his doctorate in chiropractic in 2008, Dr. Odom has dedicated his life to leading people in taking control of their own health.
